We love our king size mattress. As important was the ease of scheduling the delivery and our communication with the scheduling person. Very happy with the mattress.

Saatva is expensive, but since they offer a one-year trial period and other companies offer only a month or so, I thought it was worth the risk. I have been extremely pleased with my new mattress. Delivery was a breeze and on time. I got the basic level mattress vs. the higher end one. The mattress is a dream to sleep on although some might find it a little firm. I use a latex topper to give more cushion on top and I am very comfortable. No funny smells. No complaints.

I'm working with their DC showroom and very happy with the team there and the range of products. Their policies are amazing. I very much appreciate them taking away my original mattress (at no added cost), their year-long trial period, and their refund and replacement policy. The first mattress I bought didn't work for me, even after they sent me a complimentary topper. I ordered a different model, which I am now trying out and have a year to try that one (hoping it works).
