We've been using them for a few years to do sprinkler maintenance and repair. However, they are under new ownership as of last year, and prices have gone up (and have become much more opaque -- often upcharges on site), and it's really hard to even schedule or reschedule anything -- they used to have a web scheduling portal (that wasn't the best but at least they had it), but now it's over the phone, and it seems like there's a way all day long, and half the time when you get to the front of the line you still have to leave a message which is never answered. Their crews have mostly been great but just can't deal with the way the front office is being run now.

Installed my system 10+ years ago and upgraded and serviced it since. But recently their responsiveness and level of service has serioulsy deteriorated. I have stopped using them and would not recommend them to others anymore.
