Be sure you ask for Elnora Dooms Boe, EA - a Master Tax Advisor. SHE was the ONLY one at this location who was finally able to make sense of our returns after TWO other preparers abandoned us without a word. It took me multiple calls to the national hotline complaining about it. Had I not done so, I am sure it would have never been filed.
