Jim is a font of knowledge--he knows HVAC systems, old and new. We have had him provide service for many years, seeking him out when moved from one residence to another house (fortunately still in his service area). He's always has been willing to get to us as soon as he could when we called, coming sometimes for an evening visit after his other scheduled jobs and even a weekend service call when one or the other of our old systems had issues; once when it was extremely cold and the furnace went out, another time just before a predicted heat wave when our A/C stopped cooling. When it is necessary for us to upgrade, we definitely would want Jim to install our new system. He's also skilled at troubleshooting on the phone in case there is anything we wouldn't know we could do to resolve the problem, and save a service call. His fees are fair. There is a reason he is rated highly in Checkbook! Highly recommend.

Rob Saini has been servicing my units for years and never pushes to replace units. One of my units finally died in the middle of this super hot summer and I woud let only him replace it. Took a while to get the inside and outside units (supply line and shipment issues) but the job was done very well. I trust Saini.
