I can't say enough about how great Landis (especially Matt, Tahani and Henry) have been throughout the design - and into construction - process for completely ripping out and redoing the kitchen in my 107-year old historic rowhouse in DC. They never failed to be able to answer my many questions, give sound advice and guidance at every decision point, and to be 100% mindful of my cost constraints.

This contractor constantly tries to upgrade the job to cost more. They submitted building plans to the District that were not accurate and did poor work.

Work is sloppy, full of errors. Very unprofessional which is unfortunate.
