I requested an appointment to fix a laptop that wasn't charging through the business website. After a couple of weeks, I got an e-mail say that it sounded like the charger port. Had I tried contracting Dell (manufacturer). Unimpressed to say the least.

Excellent service ! Employees were very personable and had great technicians. They fixed the problem I had with the hard drive while I wanted at a reasonable price. I recommend them highly for any problems you have with your computer.

My 10 year old computer was not powering on at all. Sarah diagnosed the issue, replaced the power supply. She also recommended a PC transfer software package windows 7 to new windows 10 that worked well. I would definitely use them again.

Do not use this company! I needed to set up my new computer and transfer the data from my old computer to the new one. They charged $270 but they did not transfer my data and did not set up my emails properly. I had to hire another computer company. They had my computer working well and transferred all my documents in a short time and charged a lot less.

Mr Fard has looked after our computers for some 20 years. He is quick and efficient and always wiling to help. He is an excellent professor of comeuters even for a Luddite like me.
