Service - the personnel manning the counter/reception desk are OK, at times. I feel that they could be friendlier and not made me feel as if I was inconveniencing them by being there. However, the nurses and doctors at the lab as well as at the Orthopedics & Sports Medicine are superb. They are friendly and approachable.
