Miles Massage is much better than the top rated Physical Therapist group that is listed. I will be ending my sessions tomorrow morning with that PT group practice and will continue with Miles Massage. Miles Massage is a one-on-one therapy. The PT group practice was doing therapy between 3 of us at the same time and my results received were very poor. I left that day, in pain for 5 days and being told that was normal and to be expected..and that the pain would decrease after each session. On the 5th day I went to Miles Massage and was relieved by the end of that session of being in pain for 5 days. I did not know Miles Massage also did medical massage/massage therapy. I was relieved from pain by the end of one session with Miles Massage. His updated phone number is 703-582-5115 and is now located in Northern Virginia.

Andrew Carr is an absolutely outstanding licensed therapeutic massage therapist, naturopath, and a certified Reiki Master. I have a pinched nerve in my neck and am prone to seized muscles in my upper back, neck and legs. All I have to do is deeply relax (tensing makes the problem muscles harder to reach) and Andrew is able to solve each and every problem within a session. His knowledge of herbal remedies and muscle/skeletal structure is extensive and has proved very helpful to me and members of my family. He is very pleasant to work with. Also, his work lasts a long time (unlike the work of other massage therapists I've had in the past). I cannot say enough about how much he has helped me improve my overall health. Andrew regularly works at several locations around the Washington, DC metro area. He also does home visits for a special fee.
