Jack operates his own excellently equipped training studio and is the only one training there, so the sessions are just Jack and client for the entire session, with no one else using equipment. The equipment is excellent. I have been training with Jack for 18 years and he has helped me in so many ways. He is extremely knowledgeable and we are able to adapt routines to accommodate any issues, such as temporary back pain, knee pain. I cannot recommend him more highly.

I’ve been working with Jack for about 2.5 years (plan to continue forever). He is incredibly knowledgeable about all things weight training, including diet and health. He has helped my recovery from a long ago injury which I didn’t think was still possible. He’s also helped me build both muscle and bone (which was key for me). I cannot recommend him highly enough.
