This firm was recommended to me by a friend, and I have been using them for a few years now to take care of my two kitties when I am away. They are quite professional, with an online portal where you provide details of your pets routine. I love that they take photos of my cats every time they visit, and send them to me— it reassures me while I am away. Also, I can see that they are fond of my kitties— they give them lots of attention and care. They are reliable and always show up, and accommodate any last minute changes. I am truly relieved to have found them.

I am surprised that PPAT is not even in the rating. Considered so many petsitting service don't even bother to reply to a phone/email inquiry, PPAT responded promptly, performed the job superbly and charged a reasonable fee. I highly recommend PPAT.

FYI I used them to take care of 3 cats using their "30 minute multiple cat" service.
