So. Bad. I am trying to buy a condo that is managed by Gates Hudson. They cannot even pull together an accurate, or even legible, set of condo docs prior to the sale. When I or my realtor ask clarifying questions, they give pathetic answers. Everyone I've talked to in the building hates them and I am considering not going through with the sale because of this company. STAY. AWAY.
