Oh my goodness so so so bad. I stopped a purchase on buying a great apartment because this property manager, which managed this community, could not get me correct basic documents about the property I was trying to buy. I had to ask several times, they never got it right, and the lead guy, Dan Gordon, was so rude and uninterested in helping me, it showed me everything I needed to understand about why all the residents at this building were so unhappy. I won't touch anything associated with Gates Hudson.
