Very timely and professional communications throughout my experience with Monarch. I appreciated that they've set up an online portal to securely upload documents, scan documents, etc.

Used this title company for a home purchase in 2016, as the seller provided a credit for use of this title company. At the time it was not disclosed by the seller, their realtor, or the title company that the seller's realtor is married to an employee (an attorney) at Monarch. This prevents Monarch from being impartial in dealings. We later discovered this information via an online search. Since the seller had promised to complete some roof repairs, they put some money into an escrow account. After the home sale the repairs had not been completed and leaks continued to occur. As the seller disagreed with us on whether the repairs had been completed, he refused to release the money in escrow. Monarch provided no assistance during this time. I suspect that Monarch title, based on the marital relationship between their attorney and the seller's realtor, could have found a way to give the seller back the money in the escrow. Monarch was not a neutral party.
