I've had to use MedStar Urgent Care several times. Aside from the wait times, the service has been fully professional. They have X-ray facilities, MD's on staff (one) nurses and Nurse Practioner's (NP's) as well as Physician Assistants (PA's). It's not just convenient, it works and is reliable.

After a long wait in the waiting room, the staff told me they couldn't help and suggested I go to another clinic across town. I have been to this location a couple times and neither experience was positive. Won't be back.

It's not urgent and it's not care. Wait times even after a customer is called is long. They are understaffed and it's difficult to get treatment from a physician. I finally left after several hours even after being called and went to Sibley's ER where I only waited about 30 minutes before being seen by a nurse for preliminary tests and then by a physician.
