I use this company for many things in my home for many years. Although they are not the cheapest by far, the employees are super and very knowledgeable. Also, customer service is great and they stand behind their work.

They are very fast to come and fix the problem the first time. However, they are very expensive and always try to sell you an expensive optional piece of equipment or a new service that you don't need.

It is obvious to me the tech’s get paid by commission. They put several extra pounds of freon in my heatpump. Afterwards then claimed I needed a part to fix it. The part on amazon was less than 150 bucks. Their part charge was over $800. Utube says less than 5 hours to replace. They wanted over $3,000.00 to do job. I brought in another contractor. He removed the excess freon an cleaned the condensor. NO part was needed. Total cost less than $250.00.
