Select has topnotch Respiratory Therapists, however the rest of the staff is hit or miss. There are some who really care and others who need to change their profession! Specifically: Bolla, Ollie & Bismark. They don't give a crap about patients who are in pain. Bolla, in particular deliberately allowed my mother to suffer because she was too lazy to do her job. Her neglect caused my mother to relapse back to ICU. Her neglect may actually contribute to mother becoming wheelchair bound. Those nurses need a training session where they cannot breathe, they cannot speak, they cannot move, and they are in pain - so they can get a taste of their own cruelty.
