We called Krafft as our A/C stopped working in the middle of the high heat summer, we had a service contract with the company for many years. And the tech who regularly serviced our area was great. Since we had called after hours, the tech who was on call came out, who was new to us, and he said we needed a whole new heating/AC system and gave us a price. We got a second opinion with another company, and the A/C was fixed for less than $300.00. Quite a difference. It's sad that one situation like this made us look elsewhere.

Krafft is an excellent AC contractor. Our heat pump system in our attic was broken. The estimator from Krafft came promptly, quickly did his estimate, and clearly described the replacement options. He said that they would have no problem taking on a difficult job that involved climbing into the attic. On the day of the work, the Krafft technicians were on-time, friendly and finished that day on schedule. The system is working well. Highly recommended.
