Don does a great job explaining the work and the options available. Even better, I called and he was able to make a smae day visit, which was huge given that my garage door was inoperable and I was leaving town for a few days. They arrived on time as promised and completed the work of replacing my garage door opener in a few hours. Additionally, they explained how the new controller worked, set my preferences and even had extra remotes available for purchase for my parents and nanny. I would highly recommend anyone else to use this company. Futher more, two weeks later, I had a problem with a light working, and called after hours and don followed up immediately the next day. These guys stand by their work!
