Rather than inspect a tire and make any needed repair, they immediately tried to claim all 4 tires were worn and needed to be replaced (even tho there is clearly at least 10K miles before reaching the tire "wear bars" that indicate the need for replacement. AND the tires in general are in excellent shape as attested by my usual mechanic.
They not only did not remove and inspect the tire - they did not even add the little air that was needed.
AVOID these ripoff bad actors - especially Brian the service writer
