I lost confidence in this family owned store that I have used in the past. They are working on a special item for me that involves a family heirloom and the whole process has and continues to be a huge disappointment. There is little to no communication in regard to the status of my project and I have to initiate communication to get any kind of an answer. I will ever use them again and I pray that my final product is one that I will be happy with.
