Coast to Coast has been out twice in the past two years and both times did a great job. The first time they relined our chimney with a chimney liner and then rebuilt the chimney masonry. Their estimate was far lower then the dedicated "Chimney work only" companies we contacted and they were just as knowledgeable. They were also able to do everything that needed to be done in-house. Some Chimney co.s were going to subcontract the masonry work. The second time out we had them due general tuckpointing maintenance and limestone patching on our 100 year old building. Each time they were very punctual, starting the job exactly on the date they promised, despite challenging weather in advance. We had an issue during the work day and called the office and they remedied it immediately. We spoke to several people throughout our experience and everyone was very responsive and helpful. Oh, and they also answer their phone! With a person! So no BS prompts trying to get help.
