My fridge stopped cooling, so I called and left a message on Saturday morning, and despite the COVID-19 shutdown, they called me back promptly and someone (Bill) came by later that day to take a look. An electric relay was broken, so the compressor wasn't turning on, so he left in a bypass and gave me instructions to unplug it so the compressor wouldn't overheat and then plug it in again, so the food wouldn't go bad, and then came back with the right part on Monday to fix it. It was only $89 for the check, plus parts and labor, so the whole fix was under $200. Much cheaper and easier than getting a new fridge!

The ice maker stopped working. We were told that the water had been shut off (?) and were told that it would start working within 24 hours. It didn't. After returning, we were told that we needed a new ice maker. OK so far. However, they charged for a second service call. This was unreasonable.
