Over the years, Sally has helped us a number of times, first with preliminary planning/brainstorming (Paid) for a kitchen renovation where we ended up going to the contractor with a solid idea for what we wanted. In the last year, she helped design a really nice garage/deck addition to our 125+ year old house. Lastly, just also a year ago, she also began working with us on designing a 2nd home for us in Dover NH. After several meetings, she asked our price-range, and it turns out we were too low to justify her involvement. Where she excelled here, was that she then took us up to a semi-custom builder in NH, who pre-manufactures wall and roof units in their factory to your design. So even though she did not help us the way we originally intended, she was realistic about our price-point, and led us to the right place to make that happen. We are now 3/4's the way through this process, and we thank Sally for the advice, because it is turning out awesome!
