Not Recommended
I have decided to "NOT BUY" any more of Kays jewels or their affiliate jewelry due to pricing and service. In 2004. my now husband and self purchased our wedding bands from them and their service plan for any future problems and cleanings. Well about a year ago, when we were in their store to have his ring re-sized since it was loose on his finger. Their rep.said our service plan would cover this cost and that we could both have them cleaned and diamonds tighten since she claimed mine appeared loose. Weeks later when I got my sparkly band back, it did not appear to be the same, like the diamonds were altered. Of course they swear this did not occur but others have claimed this same scenario and short of suing them, I will never patronized them again even if paid to do so. Staff is also inferior with service and knowledge and pricy to the boot!
