Priddy did a wonderful job expertly removing a corroded furnace flue and replacing it with a new one in time for a roofing job that was already scheduled. It was a delicate job because, unbeknownst to us, our flue was badly rusted and it was tricky to pull it all out. They managed to do the whole job using skill and expertise and without having to open my interior walls. Christina explains the options clearly and goes the extra mile to coordinate schedules with other contractors. Her team was courteous, professional, and showed up on schedule. Highest recommendations for this company.

Recommended by our plumbing company (Furr), and for good reason. Perfectly fair pricing, great customer service. Onsite technician showed up right on time, was super polite, and answered questions with patience and clarity. The back office handled billing (and a question I had) with charming alacrity. We came away with a better furnace venting system, saved money, and actually enjoyed the whole transaction. Recommend highly.
