They provide in the purchase price the cost of moving the piano as well as first tuning. They have a great range of used pianos and a generous trade in policy if you don't like what you have bought. They also have a ten year warranty as well. NOTE: If you don't know much about pianos, ask them questions about whether a piano you like is best for your physical size--some pianos are made for smaller people (e.g., children)

I've bought two pianos from Rick. He is knowledgeable and the ability to upgrade the instrument while giving 100% of the former piano's price is the best policy I've seen. Highly recommended.
