They are a very large national firm that has developed by buying up local regional CPA firms. They are highly automated and do not deliver the personal service of the regional firm they bought. Also, judging from their multiple page engagement letter, the actual work may be done in India. While they call themselves CPA's, the fine print states they have some sort of dual practice arrangement where the actual work is done by non-CPA "advisors." And their engagement letter limits their liability to what you have paid them.
