I came in contact with this company when I purchased a Groupon for cleaning my dryer vent. I called them and scheduled an appointment. The technician didn’t show during the two-hour window; I called the office and was told that the technician’s car had broken down, so we rescheduled for the following week. Once again, the technician didn’t show; I was told that he was at an appointment in Maryland and would be there shortly. He arrived an hour and a half later. He had a fit when he saw the lint in the dryer vent, said the Groupon wouldn’t cover it. I should have dismissed him at that point, but I was very tired of waiting and wanted to get the work over with. It ended up being more than $500. I complained to Groupon and received a vapid response along the lines of, we’re sorry you were dissatisfied; we strive to please our customers. I then saw that the company had a one star rating on Yelp. I will never again do business with them or Groupon.
