I had a large crack in my windshield caused by a rock that had fallen off a dump truck, State Farm gave me a list of vendors that they have contracts with and the Safelite in Bethesda was the most convenient location for me. My experience was completely positive, They were good about reminders for my appointment and also confirming the make and model of my vehicle, which has sensors embedded in the windshield that would require recalibration after the installation, It took about 90 minutes for them to replace the windshield and do the recalibration, It has now been 2 weeks and everything is working like new.
