Place looks rundown. Staff not always responsive to requests for copies of test results to be sent to various doctors. Musch prefer Labcorp in same complex.

Quest doesn't allow you to call their clinics. You have to call a corporate number which cannot answer anyting concerning what is going on in real time at one of their labs. It's terrible that you can't talk to anyone at the lab before you go or ask quesitons. They actually do have a phone no. at the local lab but it's bogus as they never answer. This has been going on for decades. LOUSY system. But their employees are very nice & they even have a little room for relaxing in privately before you go inside for your test.

Dingy atmosphere. Sullen staff. Computer consistently has wrong billing info despite numerous attempts to correct.
