Jair Kal’s locksmith services are exceptional, and I recommend his business without reservations. I called Bethesda Locksmith and Alarm to replace two locks on my antique front door, and Jair arrived the same day—within an hour. He asked me to email photos of the locks, then explained my options clearly and provided a reasonable estimate upfront. Although both locks were broken, Jair repaired one instead of replacing it, saving me the exorbitant cost of replacing an antique lock, and he reduced the charge accordingly. He also adjusted the door alignment and strike plate so the deadbolt closed smoothly and locked securely. Jair is knowledgeable, professional, highly responsive, and genuinely kind. I would absolutely call him again.

Prior to coming to my home to help with a front door lock, Jair asked for pictures so he could make sure he had the proper components, which I appreciated. He communicated his arrival time and estimate of cost (which was right on target). He made sure that all our keys would work with the repair. He is knowledgeable and polite and the price reasonable.

A very well rounded security specialist. I only had 5 door sets installed and keyed alike.on my initial phone call to him he ask what I wanted and he explained what the job would require I agreed to the specifics of the job.We agreed to the job and when he would come by to install the new door sets .He showed up with all the new door sets and keys, and installed the new sets, then he made sure every thing was to my liking. This was a very pleasant experience and if I ever need a security system for my house I will call him first.
