I hired them to help me locate and install an interior door lock on an old door that requied a non-standard locking mechanism. They figured out what I needed from the photos I sent, and installed them quickly, professionally and at a reasonable price. I couldn't recommend them more.

Mr. Jair Kal replaced a 3 point lock on our patio french doors, which had worn out after 24 years. He visited to assess the lock, then returned with the parts a few days later. He was prompt and professional in all respects. I particularly appreciated that he explained the lock functions and all the work required and let me record his explanations with my phone. He also advised me on ways to make sure the new lock would last a long time.

Jair, Worked on my front door lock which was very old and managed to fix the issue (spindel and mortise lock body of different makes combined over the years). Fix ended up being much less costly than replacing the existing setup. Jair took the time to explain the current issue to both myself and my wife and provided insight as to what may have to be done in the future. I was very pleased and impressed with his breadth of knowledge and ability to expain the issues in simple terms. Very nice gentelman and professional.
