There are not a lot of options for getting a conventional mattress or finding a place with a wide range of options. Macy's provides that and offers a range of payment options. The staff are adequate, but not superior in their knowledge. The one we dealt with was the opposite of aggressive, which is good when you know what you want. Maybe not so much if you want advice on a range of options.

We have been buying mattresses at Macys for dozens of years and have always been pleased with the selection, pricing and reliability, as well as their satisfaction policies (which we've never had to use, but are quite favorable). Pleasant, knowledgeable sales staff and good delivery experiences.
