Much corporate/marketing, feel-good stuff - lots of pics of water, food bowls and pets, but unable to deliver on promised daily medication administration for a life-threatening condition. No requirement for documentation of medication administration - it might be recorded in the narrative, it might be recorded in a medication log or it might not be recorded anywhere. Concerning that the sitter repeatedly stated meds had been given, even when questioned by the management, while a de-compensated, seriously ill pet proved otherwise. Luckily I was only gone for 3 days. When I asked for another sitter was merely told they had no one else - no efforts to address this serious issue or the inadequate service.
