Not Recommended
Hires incompetent management & workers, doesn’t train them adequately, mistreats them. Their philosophy seems to be to cover their performance inadequacies and constant rent & fee increases with regular parties for tenants featuring free booze. They satisfy their client landlords by milking the tenants with new and constantly rising fees. Management is not well-meaning or sincere or honest.
