They had a visiting attorney who I found very unsupportive. In the transaction she provided little support to resolving issues that were discovered in the walk through and just appeared to want to seal the deal. They also provided two wrong documents which included confidential financial information from another buyer. When the bank discovered the mistake they made, the admit staff demanded that I come into the office immediately (I work full time and felt gender stereotyped as a woman that I had an open, non-working schedule). The admit staff also tried to place the blame on me--there were multiple docs. I checked the address on them at the beginning and did not expect two of the many to have wrong info. Ideally in the best interest of a buyer they should not use a title company which is an affiliate of the Real Estate Company. Long and Foster which I will never use again uses this company as an affiliate. The attorney who is normally there is really understanding and supportive.
