We feel confident using MedOne Urgent Care for non-emergency services, such as a cut, rash or fever, for which you can't get to your regular doctor and don't want to go to an emergency room. Be careful though about using UrgentOne for routine services like the shingrix vaccine, which may not be covered by your insurance at an urgent care.

MedOne has the benefit of being open for long hours and even though there might be a wait at times, it is NEVER as long as waiting in an emergency room. Moreover, our usual wait is only about 10 to 15 minutes to be seen, which is really nothing in the larger scheme of things. Eric Felber is the primary physician and he is fantastic. He is knowledgeable, caring, a good listener, and genuinely interested in treating patients as if he were a family physician. For that reason, our adult daughters and my wife increasingly have used MedOne and Dr. Felber as their primary care source; while I still rely on my long-term internist, I usually now go to MedOne on a walk-in basis for most of my minor or medium issues rather than try to get on my primary doctor's schedule, which can take a week or longer. Given the available alternatives, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Horrible experience all around. Cleanliness also a concern.
