This clinic is convenient and the doctor is good. It's everything else that's problematic. I made a "reservation" online, which it turns out is not an appointment, but just kind of like getting in line. When you arrive at the reservation time, you actually get in line and the waiting begins. I was seen about 1 hour after my reservation. An hour maybe isn't bad, but when you have a reservation you think that you'll get in at a specific time - not after an hour. Others in the waiting room had less good luck and everyone was mystified and angered by the reservation concept.. If (when) I have to go again, I will probably make the reservation, but just go in to get in line.
