Very pleasant and professional. Unfortunately, the pellet stove was improperly installed and service techs had to return to correct the issue but they were professional and friendly and apologetic. Very neat when removing old chimney equipment and installing new pellet stove. Pricing seem to be comparable to other quotes received. Was surprised that the representative was much more transparent about the actual we needed. Other companies were willing to sell us a product that would not have really worked with the type of chimney we had in our house. They were honest about the quote which saved us money in the long run and provided a more efficient option for our chimney.

Performed extensive repairs on a chimney that had been neglected for about 20 years. Rebuilt the top 8 feet of the chimney (the part above the roof), parked the smoke chamber, installed a new lockup damper, and replaced damaged bricks inside and outside. Work was top quality and the price, although significant, seemed reasonable for the amount of work done. Business card reads Masters Chimney and Hearth, but this is the same firm, as it seems to have rebranded some time ago and expanded its work.
