The two guys who came to the house were good, and they worked hard. But after getting both online and live-over-the-phone price quotes, at the outset the two guys had to (very sheepishly) announce that there was an hourly fee in addition to the online and verbal price quotes, jacking up the price by $200 or so. Since we did not have time to get a more honest service, we were stuck with this company. We would NEVER use them again. Completely deceptive.

Scheduled 5pm pick up--they showed up stoned @ 10pm. Didn't follow instructions--they took several paintings that were explicitly not part of load. Will never use again
