We hired this company to remove items from our apartment because we were going to have an exterminator come in to clear the apartment of roaches. The company came but didn't remove enough items the first time, because it didn't check with the exterminator to find out exactly what needed to be done, even though the exterminator recommended this company. As a result, not only did the project take longer than planned, it was done very sloppily. Our furniture was left out on the street near a pod with no one watching it, as I discovered as I came home one day. In addition, a number of fragile items were broken, because the worker simply tossed the items into a bin with no regard to their care. Additionally, some items such as a picture, were lost simply because the company didn't care. Despite my complaints, I received no phone call or email from the owner, and very little was done to help us in this terrible situation. I do not understand to this day, and this job was complete a couple of weeks ago, how anyone could be so callous with other people's things. No, I do not recommend them at all, sorry to say.
