I used All-Pro Services for a major heating system replacement. Equipment installation was excellent, neatness of area where they worked following installation was boarder line adequate. During warranty period they were responsive and performed a major repair following an equipment failure. However subsequent service and repairs have been pricey and not the most customer friendly experience.

I called All Pro Services through Home Depot to service my A/C unit because it was not cooling. An appointment was set up for the following week with a time window of 10am-2pm. Approximately 2:45pm I called the sells rep. to let them know that nobody called or showed up as of yet. She asked me is this for an estimate or service, I said service. She put me on hold, then asked for my address, put on hold again and then said I will let the Service Manager that you are still waiting; its now 5:31pm and no show. I will never use this company or Home Depot again.
