Safelite screwed up the repair on my Kia Sorento, leaving the trim protruding at the top corner of the replacement windshield because they didn't have the 25-cent clip to secure it. Safelite was difficult to book--they act like they're doing you a favor, superfast on the repair (which isn't really a GOOD thing), and totally unresponsive if there's any problem. We've spoken to the store, to managers, to the company, to the insurance company, all promising that Safelite will fix their mistake, but never fulfilling any of their promises. AND they billed us for new windshield wipers that they didn't install. Slimy.
