I brought in a ring and necklace for repairs. I was told it would be done in one week. I returned and was told it would be another week, etc etc. No one returned my calls. After two months, finally just asked for my jewelry back. Very frustrating experience.

Service provided was replacement of watch battery. Owner was defensive and hostile when within an hour, I returned due to non-functioning of battery replaced in my watch. Owner refused to provide battery number and said he had no obligation to provide this information. He agreed to refund. I replaced my own battery after contacting manufacturer and my watch has been functioning perfectly for one week. Wonder why it did not work after Town Jewelers replaced it?
