High praise for DMV Auto Glass Repair and their subcontractor AAG. I called and spoke with Gary who told me his contractor J.R. would return my call in an hour. ✅ When I told J.R. there were two chips, he adjusted my estimate. ✅ He provided a thorough explanation of what to expect from the repair and its warranty. ✅ When weather prevented him from being able to make the repair he called and rescheduled ✅ J.R. arrived on time and completed the repair to my satisfaction. ✅ This is the type of customer service all businesses should provide. I hope I don't get any more windshield chips and need their service again but I would call them without hesitation if I did. Highest recommendation.

Did a great job. We needed to reschedule because of rain (I don't have a garage or other protection from rain) so they fit me in a couple days later. They arrived within their estimated time and called when they were on their way. Read the instructions on the receipt that tell you to limit driving for 24 hours, etc., to reduce chances of having a problem after installation.
