After instant online estimate on windshield replacement, they sent email and called quickly. Informed of addtl. fee for molding for my car. No in store windshield replacement; they came to my office in DC on time, and did it in about an hour. A-OK.

The person who came out did not really seem to want to replace the entire windshield. In the end, I decided to give the crack repair a try, and it's worked out so far.
