I made an appointment for 8AM-1PM. At 11 AM, the technician called asking me if i could bring my car into the shop because his machine needed to be recharged. I told him no, I called Safelite for an at home appointment and i wouldn't drive my car to their shop. He immediately hung up on me. I had to call him back to see if he was still coming out, he said if he could make it. I cancelled as a result. You would think that the technician would ensure that his equipment was ready to go when he went to work. As a result of his rudeness in hanging up on me and not providing the service, I would not recommend using these people.

We have used this location twice to repair damage from a small stone, limiting any cracking to the windshield. On our first visit, the service repairman was more friendly and informative about the repair. It is too early to evaluate the success of the repair.
