In home physical and occupational therapists were excellent, very encouraging and mindful of my Mother's dementia and physical limits. Headquarters coordination with hospital and insurance providers on durable medical equipment was unsatisfactory, resulting in six days of delay after her release from Howard County General Hospital. In home care therapists saved the day by coordinating with the Howard County Loan Closet to obtain essential equipment.
