Started going here when all the urgent cares in Laurel are high wait times, rude staff, and the prices are OUTRAGEOUS. This location was quick, knowledgeable doctors and staff was nice!

I have visited this location twice in the past year and received excellent care both times. Wait times were reasonable and First Call appears to accept all major medical plans for treatment. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Likewise for the the technicians who do the initial evaluations. I suppose that there may be M.D.s on staff but I was treated by physician assistants both visits. However they were very competent and provided the right care. Because it is an urgent care facility there are x-rays, blood analysis and urinalysis on-site. Technicians took care of the latter two within fifteen minutes. Unless I have a life-threatening condition (God forbid) I will always go to this location.
