I have had two mortgages that originated with Presidential Bank: the first, a purchase; the second, a refinance of the original loan. With both of these, I dealt with Rich Green, who is a mortgage manager at Presidential Bank. Mr. Green was very easy to work with, friendly and professional. The process went smoothly.
