We have a contract with A P Mathews and when a repair didn't fix the problem with our A/C, they came back to investigate, found it was a part that failed, and repaired that with no charge and no hassle. Their team is always pleasant, professional, and honest.

I contacted AP Mathews for an estimate to replace my HVAC system due to their outstanding rating in Consumer Checkbook. The next day I had one of their estimators evaluate the system and provide a proposal for replacing the HVAC system with a new A/C unit and an estimate for a dual fuel (heat pump and gas furnace) system. The estimator had quotes back to me later that day. All and all they were present to work with and had a fair price comparable to other HVAC providers. I did not use them to install the new HVAC due to a system I preferred.
