Ed is easy to talk to and ask questions of. he gives complete easy to understand answers. he seems to understand all aspects of our sometimes complicated taxes. helped us close out an estate with final taxes when we kept getting stuff several years later, he knew what to do. Great to work with.

For our small business return, there was a $10,000 error made which I found and brought to his attention. He said it was a computer glitch. Then the amount entered on the estimated taxes was reported incorrectly by the accountant. We paid a penalty to make the correction - he did not accept responsibility. Then the leasehold improvements liability was given to us to pay but we found out later - were over paid and we got a refund from the state. It seems there is not a double check system in place.
